2024 MAY GRADUATION

Dear Valued Guest, 

The Ramada by Wyndham State College is pleased to extend this opportunity to make your  reservations for the Penn State Graduation weekend, May 3rd & 4th, 2024. The following policies  and procedures will apply to all reservations:

• We require a 2-night minimum stay for all reservations. 
• The rate is $359.00 per night plus 11% occupancy tax ($796.98 total). 
• All reservations requests must be prepaid in full by check, money order, or credit card.  Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of the room and taxes when the reservation is made.  
• Rates are non-commissionable and discounts do not apply.  
• All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 fee per room prior to April 3rd, 2024. Rooms cancelled after April 3rd, 2024 will forfeit 100% of the deposit.  
• All reservations requests will be processed on a first-come first-serve basis. Due to the  high demand of requests, WE CANNOT guarantee room type or room location.  

All rooms are nonsmoking.

Please retain the top portion of this form for your information and return the bottom portion with your payment to request your reservation. Reservation forms may be mailed, emailed, or faxed.  You will receive confirmation via U.S. Mail or email of your hotel reservation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call me.
